DezingFLO's team will begin the process of providing Test Fits, Test Fits are essential for lease negotiation
DezingFLO produces test fits of the space(s) for our clients that are considering a space.
A test fit is a floor plan produced to ensure that a space will be able to accommodate your needs.
It can help you visualize how your company will occupy the space, and will provide an idea of
the scope of construction that will be required to make the space ready for you to occupy.
This process will likely begin even before your lease is signed.
This is where you will work with DezingFLO's design team to define your vision,
develop concepts and eventually finalize construction documents that you can use for bidding and permitting.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Once the lease is signed, DezingFLO team will begin designing the look of the space, including layout, style, finishes and more providing 3D renderings for our client’s to visualize their space with every Architectural details and elements.
This is the stage where you will get to pick out and approve things like paint color, counter tops, office layouts, etc.
Design Development
Once the design is agreed upon, construction Drawings can begin,
DezingFLO will produce the final construction documents that will be used to bid out the project with vendors.
Our client will then engage the Architect, Engineers of their choice necessary to fulfill the goals of the project that includes
the submission of final documents to the city for permitting, and as a reference during the actual construction process.
