Design Consultation

We want to get to know you: how you work. An initial questionnaire and a consultation call will help us better understand your office designs. We'll work with you to design the perfect floor plan for your practice. This is called space planning and or Test fit.

Conceptual Design

We start our process by communicating with our clients and putting their vision to reality with our knowledge of construction and our flare for design. Our experience allows us to think outside the box. We know what works and what doesn’t, and we take the time to get to know our customers and their vision.

Communication is key! From schematics to product selection, we partner with and collaborate with you through every step in creating your custom office. You'll be given your own personal Design Book, consisting of detailed drawings and professional 3D renderings.

Once we’ve drafted the Design Upon approval, we begin working with the rest of the DezingFLO’s Team.

Design Development

Once you have approved the final concept of your office floor plan, we work alongside the project's architect and contractor to ensure a successful project; keeping in mind that time is of the essence. With DezingFLO, every drawing, every minute detail is accounted for as we manage product delivery, troubleshooting, and construction from beginning until completion of your newly built office.
